From its peak, you will be able to see panoramic views of the African coastline, where the seas of the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet, and the quays, marinas, and bays of the city below. Contrastingly, the ancient fortifications of Malta's Grand Harbour protect a number of treasures, including the Upper Barrakka Gardens, whose garden terrace offers panoramic views of the harbour, with the cities of Birgu, Senglea, and Cospicua as a backdrop, while the garden itself houses a collection of busts, monuments, and plaques.
